Yes, it defenetly! Like all muscles of the body, there are ways to strengthen and tone the vagina and the female pelvic floor. They call Keigel exercises. You can do it sitting, standing, walking, driving, etc.. The best way I can explain how it is so the next time ..... You need to urinate before the bladder is empty, stop the flow of urine.
