Adjusting To Night Shift How To Survive Night Shift?

How to survive night shift? - adjusting to night shift

I have a very hard time adjusting to night work. I thought I was obviously very tired and somewhat depressed. I do not know if I can continue like this after only 2 teams. What are some ways in overnight or a few tips to cope awake?

Changes take time Clock. Firstly, and this seems strange to drink plenty of water. Stay after work for a while, then be sure to get a solid 8 hours sleep before work. Darken the windows to the lights and sleep.

It is very important not to deviate from your schedule. You try your body into a new cycle trick. This is probably only in a few weeks.

Start by them some earplugs to every little noise during the day, they cut. Record your hours of sleep as something other than "normal" as possible - if you 4 are 12m, in turn, eat a snack and to sleep as soon as possible in the morning awakening. If you are 8a-12m, then change to begin to sleep, breakfast and work. If you change achieved 8p-4a to bless them, but to try to establish a solid 8 hours before or after sleep, but can the beginning of the period to 4 before and 4 cover after a nap or for 2 hours on one side and sleep 6 or more in another. If your job involves lifting or physical stress, try taking aspirin 2-3, more if you are heavier, sleep to relieve the pain.

I work nights, when I was pregnant with No. 2 And I know exactly what you are saying that I know it is very difficult, but you get used to. It depends on what kind of work you do? Is it boring? Find things to do in order to deal with. Books, music ... It is really hard to say because they know that the profession .. I do not want to lose a job ... not much these days LMAO better keep your head LOL

You need to adjust psychologically to the changes. You need the day to night. Sleep time must be calm, cool and dark. Putting Prevention falling light in the windows. Change your normal schedule to take account of the situation. In his work, go outside in daylight, and do normal things, but in the time allotted to sleep, do just that. Relax in a dark room! It requires some effort on the part of the family even if you do not live alone. Talk to them and ask them for help and suggestions. Otherwise, set your mind to the new age. Breakfast at 11 clock, if necessary. Good luck! The attitude and enthusiasm will make a big difference. Experience as an opportunity. ;)

Frankly, the only thing you can do to learn, so familiar after a while your body to live with less sleep.
My mother works in the night "12 hours" does not sleep during the day and night, and everything they say it takes about 5 years of his life because of lack of sleep. but that's what I hope might help some.
just keep trying = D

Working to bring coffee or sweets. Bring your PSP or DS, wait a little for you, or even your iPod. Magazines, books, hell, you bring your laptop, go to MySpace, Facebook, nothing.

Caffine and sleep during the day. My only advice. I have no night shift for three years and the only time I had was a problem when I had a class of 12 hours.
